Terms of service
Version 2026-11-06. These terms are an agreement between you and Scale Up Solutions ("we", "us"), the company that runs Timesheets. Questions: joe@scaleupsolutions.asia.
1. The service
Timesheets lets a business record work time, approve it, track leave, make reports and invoices, and use these through a website, a Telegram bot and an API. You accept these terms when you create an account or use the service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old. If you sign up for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that business.
- Give true information. Keep your password and your API keys secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You are responsible for the people you add to your organisation, and for their use of the service.
3. Free trial and payment
- A new organisation gets a free trial of 7 days. We do not ask for a card.
- After the trial you need a paid plan to keep full access. The price is shown on the Billing page before you pay. Payment is made in advance for the period you choose. Taxes are added where the law requires.
- A payment for a period that has started is not refunded, unless the law says it must be.
- We tell you by email before we change a price. A new price applies to the next period.
4. When access ends
- When a trial or a paid period ends, the organisation becomes read-only. You can still sign in, look at your data and download it. You cannot add or change data until you pay.
- We keep your data for 30 days after access ends. We email the admins 7 days and 1 day before we delete it. After that we delete the organisation's data, including time entries, people, customers, projects and the audit log. We keep a record that the organisation existed and what was sold.
- If you pay before the deletion, the data stays and access comes back.
5. Your data
- Your data is yours. You give us the right to store it and process it only to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes.
- You are responsible for having the right to put personal data of your staff and customers into Timesheets, and for telling them where the law requires it.
- You can download your data at any time with the reports (CSV and Excel), the client report (PDF) and the API.
6. Rules of use
Do not: break the law; try to get into another organisation's data; attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service; send spam or harmful content through it; share a login between several people; or use the API in a way that harms other users. We may limit or suspend an account that does this, and we try to tell you first when we can.
7. Reports are not advice
The reports, the payroll export, the overtime and leave figures, the profitability figures and the invoices are tools. You must check them before you use them to pay people, bill customers, file taxes or make a decision. They are not accounting, tax, payroll or legal advice. The rules for overtime, leave and public holidays that you set are your own responsibility.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and we back up the data, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change the service. We will not remove a main feature without notice.
9. Limit of our responsibility
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, or lost data that you could have downloaded or kept elsewhere. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your organisation. We can end or suspend your account if you break these terms or do not pay, and we will tell you why. Sections that by their nature continue (for example sections 7 and 9) continue after the end.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email the organisation's admins at least 14 days before the change starts. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept the new terms.
12. Law
The laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia govern these terms. The courts of Cambodia decide disputes, unless the law of your country gives you a right to use another court.
